How to fix error code 0x80240438 on Forza Motorsport 6: Apex?
Legendary Forza game series is finally supplemented with the new project called Apex. It’s an open beta for the PC that can be downloaded by the Windows 10 owners only. One should only install the newest Microsoft OS and download the game application afterwards.
But a lot of gamers have some problems with the error code 0x80240438 Forza Motorsport 6: Apex. It denotes that the data can’t be updated correctly. To fix the error code 0x80240438 one should only disable the Win10 Firewall.
Instructions:
- Use the “Search” option in the Start menu. You can do it with the mouse pointer or simply use the “Win” key on the keyboard.
- Type “firew” or the full word “firewall” there and choose Windows Firewall.
- Go to the “Turn Windows Firewall on or off” option. You might need to enter the admin password for confirmation.
- Now you can launch the game without being disappointed by the error 0x80240438.
