Game won’t even start / mfplat.dll + mfreadwrite.dll missing / Windows 10 N solution on Resident Evil 7: Biohazard

Hello everyone, I bought this game today and I just couldnt run it. When I started a game, for a second it said Running, Syncing and nothing happened.
When you run RE7.exe directly from the folder you will get error (which is good actually and you can work with it).

Scroll down, download this, install and restart. Works like a charm.
