Solving the sound problem in Assassin’s Creed Origins on Logitech headsets
Do you have sound problems with Assassin’s Creed Origins? The sound simply don’t play, but you see the subtitles and lips of the character moving during the cutscenes, but without any sound? Here’s what you should try.
To begin with, this problem appears in many Ubisoft games on PC when using Logitech headsets (Assassin’s Creed, Ghost Recon Wildlands, South Park The Stick of Truth, etc.), they all have similar problems with these headsets.
- The effective way is to change the sound card settings from 5.1 or 7.1 to Stereo. Alternatively, just use your regular speakers if they have surround sound, if you can.
- Also, if the problem occurs after loading the Logitec software, uninstall this software, restart the computer, and check again.
- Changing the headset to 22050 Hz can also help.
