How to Fix 0x89235172 Error During Minecraft Installation?

Hi all, I’ve been trying to install Minecraft for a few days now, but I can’t do it because of the 0x89235172 error. I have Windows 11 on my PC and have a Microsoft account. How do I fix the error? (I downloaded the game from the official Mojang website, not from the Store app).
