Burros show national pride at Homecoming game

White and Blue Friday night as Homecoming game started off and the Burros took to the field waving the U.S. Flag.Crowds cheered as the team entered to “God Bless America.”The Burros stood during the entirety of their homecoming game again Oak Hills on Friday.Throughout the pre-game ceremony. the team stood during the National Anthem.The reaction on social media after a video went viral Saturday largely applauded the football team. noting it was a sharp contrast to recent actions by NFL teams and players who kneel during the National Anthem.
