Can I please get my tickets resolved RE missing pre-order and rewards?
Okay, I have a bunch of outstanding tickets RE items missing from Red Dead Redemption Online. So far I’m wasting gold on stuff that should have been included, and missing other things outright. Rockstar, please get around to answering my tickets. Also, I note that you no longer have live chat–the one ticket I did submit that way, the guy set it to “resolved” when it was not. Help please. You have my money, now please deliver.
