Can’t get pass the intro

Finally been able to make my online character, however the opening scene on the carriage from prison just freezes, still have sound but the carriage is just stuck. Anyone had this?

I’ve already reinstalled the games yesterday after experiencing black screens when loading the game, am I going to have to do this again “/
