Can’t Log Into Red Dead Redemption 2

So, I’ve been having trouble logging in to RDO, this morning I goto the main menu, but it kept crashing due to an error. So I restarted, now it won’t authenticate the fact that I own Red Dead Redemption 2. I followed the steps of deleting my local account info, but I still get the error of signing in and it says “can’t authenticate your ownership of the game”.

I feel like I’m answering my own question, but it says that the serves for RDO are ‘limited’ in the server status, but I can’t seem to find any information on that anywhere. Is this common? is there anywhere I can see news of Rockstar saying something like, “We are currently working on fixing some issues with the serves.”
