Character does not look the way he did in the creator

I remade my character today for free and I am wondering why he looks nothing like the way he did in the creator. For example I give him green eyes and he has blue instead? Also his nose is way bigger than I made it. I am rather disappointed as I waited months to change my character and he is now worse.
