Company of Heroes 3 Won’t Launch on PC

Company of Heroes 3 won’t launch on my computer. More precisely, it works fine up to the splash screen, and then it crashes back to Steam. For the record, the hardware is good (for this game). It came out a few days ago, I’m a fan of the series – wanted to check it out. But it’s no good, as you can see. Rebooted the PC a couple times, but it didn’t work.
