CONNECTION LOSS ERRORS SOLVED (PC)
So i was suffering from disconnection all the time, i got pissed off and decided to fix them myself. If the things described by RS do not help and you are being disconnected try doing these things:
disable firewall on your pc, ad rdr2 to the list of apps able to deal with firewall in firewall settings, disable firewall on your router and also make sure that NAT. Run rdr2 as an admin all the time. This may not solve all the errors completely, but that lessened the amount of them for me at least.
