Error DF-DFERH-01 in Google Play Store (SOLVED)

So, I was trying to download some games in Google Play Store, but then the error DF-DFERH-01 appered. I’ve never seen a code like this ever in my life (seen enough of them, trust me). And I don’t really know what to do. I’ve tried to close the app, reboot my phone– even checked my Wi-Fi connection. Nothing works and now I cannot download apps from the store… Nice!

Solution

DF-DFERH-01 appears in Google Play for a variety of reasons, however, often a simple cache and data cleanup of the Google Play Store helps to get rid of the error DF-DFERH-01.

To do this you need to do the following:

• open the phone Settings;
• go to Apps;
• select the app Google Play Store;
• go to the Memory subsection;
• press the Clear cache and Clear data buttons.

Once you’ve done this, restart your phone and check for error DF-DFERH-01 in Google Play.
