Duplicate Recipe Pamphlet

I received a duplicate recipe pamphlet from a treasure map and there’s nothing I can do with said duplicate recipe pamphlet. I cannot sell it to the fence; I cannot sell it to a player; I cannot get rid of it; and I cannot replace with another recipe pamphlet.Considering how rare it is to get any recipe pamphlet from a treasure map, it’s actually rather insulting to receive a duplicate recipe pamphlet. When I contacted Rockstar Support, they basically told me to go f*** myself in the kindest way possible, telling me the game was working as intended.
