How to Fix Error Code E10-0 in Epic Games Store?

I got an E10-0 error in Epic Games Store when I tried to add Genshin Impact and MultiVersus to my library. I remember that other free games were added without any problems. Now EGS keeps showing error E10-0 and sometimes another code with E in the beginning. What should I do?


Typically, error code E10-0 appears in EGS due to an overload of Epic Games servers. Try adding the game you want to your library a little bit later. Within an hour or two the error should disappear without a trace.

If nothing changes:

  • re-login to your account;
  • use a web-client;
  • use a VPN.
