Error 80080300 when signing into Microsoft Teams
I can’t sign in to my Microsoft Teams profile, every time I get error 80080300. The message is nothing at all: “We’re sorry we ran into a problem.” Is there something I can do?
Hello! I suggest you do the following:
- Change to a different Windows account. This will give you an idea if the problem is related to the Microsoft profile.
- Sign out of your Microsoft account that is connected in Windows. After that, you should try to enter the communication program again.
- Run the program in compatibility mode for Windows 8 or 10 (if you have Windows 11).
- Delete all account information. To do this, open the “Control Panel” – “Credential Manager”. Switch to the “Windows Credentials” tab and delete all associated accounts in the programs. Or you can only do it with Teams, but other related apps can still get in the way.
One of the above should work, but in any case, you can go to the site and use them communication web service. It is especially useful if you are in a hurry and will solve the error later.
