Error CE-118307-0 on PlayStation 5

I can’t find a fix for error CE-118307-0. It is not in the error code database. It essentially prevents my PS5 from downloading anything from the PS Store and also prevents me from logging into FFXIV (can’t log into PS Network).

I restart internet connection and network connection on PS5 and it works for about 2 minutes then loses connection again. Tried to reboot my router. Reset all WiFi connection. Rebooted PS5. Nothing

I don’t believe this is an internet problem because Wifi works fine on my other devices.

Has anyone found a permanent fix for this code?
