Error NP-32038-6 on PS4 – what to do?

There is too little information on the Internet about error code NP-32038-6 on PS4. Nothing was found. As always, I first checked the PSN servers, the Internet is there, I even restored the licenses. However, I still cannot sign in to my account on my console. Every time I try, it kicks me out of my account. I want to play, not mess around with mistakes.
