ERRORS :) HOW FIX

I regularly getting same error. ERR_GFX_STATE, the very known error… What am i supposed to do???
I’m playing and… crash. Did not help me (-ignorepipelinecache), “verify game file integrity” or delete sga_ files.
SO? Where is the problem? WHAT should I do? I’m sad. :((((
