Help! Impossible to invite in permanent group

I created a permanent group, but I can not invite other players … (friends or other). When I do a temporary group, no problem, I do not know why I can not invite in the permanent.
When I go into “group” and then “invite into the group” and I go to the players’ Id, the “guest” is greyed out.
When I go to “members of the group”, on the first page “current members” there are people, the seven spots are blocked with the padlock drawing and the message “enlarge the camp to unlock” (j ‘ already have the big camp, with improvements).
When my friends approach me, my group does not appear in “nearby groups” …
I think I have checked everything, I do not know what blocks.
