Hi, anyone else bought gold they didnt recieve to their online char?
Hi, has anyone else had problems with their online currency purchases, ive been in contact with over 6 emails with a ‘Sharon J’ at their support and every time she has responded is the same manner with a question to verify my acc and the purchase with a video from the store, ive done this several times now and is become beyond disappointing.
This customer support is unbelievable in its approach to the problem and downright rude, as ive given the information neccesary
It says they have a high volume of incoming and its ok but is there anywhere else to take this matter further?
Sorry for the rant gents, but this is one online player that wants his Dawson passport =)
