Hitler DLC installed, but not in Sniper Elite 4, Any fix?

Steam shows the Hitler DLC is installed, but I can’t find it in Sniper Elite 4. The DLC menu does nothing.

Have done a files verify and several Steam restarts. Same result. ANyone have a fix?
