How to fix error CE-41839-5 on PlayStation 4?
Good afternoon! I seek help wherever I can. My console gives an error CE-41839-5 when starting different games. So far I have only two of them: Anthem and Bloodeborne, but I can’t play either one. It doesn’t matter if it’s a digital or physical copy. All these license restorations, resets and even initiation – I did. Maybe there’s something I’m missing?
Hello! Option 2: The hard drive is damaged and you will need to replace it or break inside the console. It looks like you will have to contact the service center for help. Could not find at least one mention that the system method worked, which means the problem is hardware.
