Hyper-V error 0x80041024 “Failed to add resources”

For the first time I decided to use Hyper-V, first of all I used VirtualBox. I’m trying to install a virtual machine on Windows 10 Pro. After creating it, you receive an unexpected error “Failed to add resources” (0x80041024). I can’t figure out what is the reason. Does anyone have any useful information?
