I cant change my Appearance! dont know how to use Mystery card.

I have received a free “Change your Appearance” But when i try to do it, It goes to their Infamous  Forever Loading Screen!! I have tried numerous times but its the same, even after the new Update i still cant do it.
Moreover does anyone knows how to use the “Mystery Card” we get in Benefit section how to make use of it?
