i get on horse and am teleported

i was in camp i went to open a coletors map to start the mission i then jumped on my horse and was then teleported to st denis somewhere i did not need to go i then recalled my horse and was again teleported to st denis but another area it seemed each time i jumped on my horse i was teleported to another part of st denis i wonder if this is a bug or someone hacking to try to greif
