“iFruit can’t login (too many failed login attempts + invalid nickname/password) “

Can you reset my iFruit login attempts?

After being told multiple times by iFruit that I had used them all up, I logged into the website successfully despite that, which shows that the password I initially had written down works.

Then, I tried changing my password on the site, which changed the message on iFruit to “invalid nickname/password combination” when I tried entering the new password. This password, too, works on the site.

I’ve reset the login attempts for your account, so you should be able to sign in once again. If you have issues with this in the future, please feel free to reach out to us again.

Should I be using the nickname or the email associated with this account? Nickname gives “too many failed login attempts” message. I am wondering if using the email somehow caused an automatic fail even with the correct password.
