Good day! The text of the message itself reads: “This request does not meet all the requirements for the selection of partners.” In practice, the problem is in your client, but it’s fixable.

What should be done:

1. Go to the game folder. It should be something like D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege.
2. Find the file uplay_r1_loader.dll and uplay_r1_loader64.dll, select them and delete them.
3. Then, through the game client, run the “Checking the integrity of game files” procedure.
