No User Logon Error in CSGO – How to Fix?

I tried to play CSGO, but there was an error No User Logon. Don’t really understand what the problem is? The message seems to make no sense, ’cause I launch the game from Steam. Where else to launch it, right? I’m running Windows 10, not the best PC, but it’s fine for CSGO. Any tips?

Solution

No User Logon error is a long known problem for CS GO players. Fortunately, it is pretty simple and quick to fix. Typically, the player only needs to do the following:

• launch the game specifically from the library (i.e. click on the green Play button);
• re-enter his Steam account;
• restart the router (if used);
• reinstall CS GO completely.

Normally, nothing more is required.
