Player weight changed from Average to RED underweight during missions

It was very aggravating to eat 1 peice of food, then switch sessions, eat 1 peice of food again 37 times to get average weight, but finally accomplished. Why does joining a mission lower you to Underweight and then RED Underweight and how do you stop that from happening? You are supposed to keep the same weight during missions in deathmatches, so what’s the problem? One aggravating game.
