Printer Error 0x00000040 on Windows 11 – How to Fix?

Hi all, I got error 0x00000040 when I was trying to connect to a shared printer. The latter is connected by cable to an old PC running Windows 10 Home, and I have a laptop running Windows 11. And most importantly, if I connect my laptop directly to the printer via USB, there is no problem with printing, but on the local network nothing works, the error 0x00000040 comes out. It says that the network is no longer accessible. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Maybe the problem is in Windows 11?
