How Do I Fix PUR-AuthenticationFailure in Windows Store?

I got a PUR-AuthenticationFailure message in the Windows Store when I tried to download apps. I restarted the store, but the message doesn’t go anywhere. It also says the date and local time, but I don’t know why. There is very little information on the web on this topic? I would be grateful if someone could help.
