‘Standard hardware security not supported’ on Windows 11 (FIXED)

The message ‘Standard hardware security not supported’ is hanging in the Windows 11 Security tab. As I understood, the Device Security tab functionality is not available to me. I want to say right away that I am currently running Windows 11 version 22H2, but I recently reinstalled the system. Before reinstalling there were no errors. The TPM 2.0 is present and even active, so I don’t understand the problem.
