Unable to load library ‘steamclient64.dll’ – How to Fix?

An error with a missing steamclient64.dll file appears every time I try to launch Steam. Yesterday I installed an update for the Steam client and after that it stopped working normally. Does anyone know what can be done?

Solution

While installing the fresh update for the Steam client, something almost certainly went wrong. Otherwise there wouldn’t have been a problem with the steamclient64.dll file. All you have to do is completely reinstall Steam.
