Trader bug (no pay out) when looting bodies?

So turns out if you are looting bodies when you just finish off the last bandit of the wave defense portion of a long run. I dont get paid out when if im looting bodies while its prepping to do the small ending cut scene for the mission. I dont get paid out the money owed from a large shipment and I end up with NOTHING while my team mate gets paid. Please fix, Im loosing a lot of money/progress when this happens.
